TUBİTAK 2565 PROJECT FUNDING
Dr. Elif Gökçen Ateş, a faculty member of the Department of Food Engineering at Çankırı Karatekin University, has joined the TÜBİTAK 2565 project titled “A Fully Sustainable and Greener Utilization Pathway for Olive Pomace: Production of Bioactive Sprouting Inhibitors and Alternative Proteins” as a researcher. The project is coordinated by the Department of Food Engineering at Middle East Technical University and has officially been conducted since April 2025.
We congratulate Dr. Elif Gökçen Ateş and the project team on this important achievement and wish them continued success in their future studies contributing to sustainable food systems.
