Assoc. Prof. Oğuz Aydemir served as the principal investigator of the ÇAKÜ BAP Community Engagement Project entitled "Çankırı Şehit Mehmet Ata Mesleki ve Teknik Anadolu Lisesi Gıda Üretiminden Sorumlu Personelin Gıda Kalite ve Gıda Güvenliği/Hijyeni Konusunda Eğitimi". The project was successfully completed in 2025-2026. 

Assist. Prof. Didar Üçüncüoğlu is participating as a researcher in the project entitled "Buzdolabında kontrollü-modifiye hava atmosferi oluşturmak için cihaz geliştirilmesi ve farklı gıda gruplarının buzdolabındaki raf ömrünün uzatılmasında kullanılması". The project has been awarded 24 months of funding under the YÖK Research Universities Support Programme (ADEP) (2026-). 

The TÜBİTAK 1001 project entitled "Karalahana (Brassica oleracea var. viridis) Kökenli Bitkisel Antrifriz Proteinlerinin Sürdürülebilir Ekstraksiyonu ve Gıdalardaki Kriyoprotektif Potansiyellerinin İncelenmesi", led by Prof. Emin Burçin Özvural, has been awarded funding under the Scientific and Technological Research Projects Funding Programme (2025-). 

Prof. Baran Önal Ulusoy is the principal investigator of the Regional Development-Oriented Mission Differentiation and Specialisation Project entitled "Antioksidan, Aroma ve Mikrobesinlerce Zenginleştirilmiş Çankırı Kayatuzu Ürünleri". The project has been awarded 18 months of funding by the Çankırı Karatekin University Scientific Research Projects (BAP) Coordination Unit (2024-).
