Participation in an International Conference
Asst. Prof. Dr. Didar Üçüncüoğlu, a faculty member of our Department, participated in the Euro Fed Lipid FATS-O-MICS: Workshop on Food Lipids and Lipidomics for Health, Nutrition, and Sustainability, held in Aveiro, Portugal, on 2-3 July 2026. During the event, Dr. Üçüncüoğlu delivered an oral presentation entitled “AI-Assisted FTIR Classification of Refined Edible Oils for Quality and Traceability.”
