EU COST Action CA24132
Assist. Prof. Didar Üçüncüoğlu, a faculty member of the Department of Food Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Çankırı Karatekin University, will serve as a Working Group Member in EU COST Action CA24132 – Accelerating Innovation and Development of European Microbial Foods (Mic2Food). Within the Action, she will contribute her expertise to food chemistry and analytical characterisation of microbial foods, commercialisation and regulatory aspects of innovative food products, and scientific dissemination and training.
