EU COST Action CA24111
Faculty members of the Department of Food Engineering at Çankırı Karatekin University, Prof. Dr. Emin Burçin Özvural and Dr. Elif Gökçen Ateş, have been accepted to the COST Action titled “CA24111 – European Network for Valorizing Food Processing Waste into Sustainable Fibers (ENFiber)” under the European Cooperation in Science and Technology (COST) Programme.
Within the scope of the COST Action, Prof. Dr. Emin Burçin Özvural will represent Türkiye as a member of the Management Committee (MC), while Dr. Elif Gökçen Ateş will serve as a Working Group Member and contribute to international research activities focusing on the valorization of food processing waste into sustainable fibers.
