Dr. Didar Üçüncüoğlu, Assistant Professor in the Department of Food Engineering at the Faculty of Engineering, Çankırı Karatekin University, has been awarded funding as a researcher under the Research Universities Support Program (ADEP) for a 24-month project entitled “Development of a Device for Generating a Controlled Modified Atmosphere in Refrigerators and Its Application to Extend the Shelf Life of Various Food Groups.”
