The Food Engineering Department, which was founded in 2007, opened in 2010 and started its education life in 2012, has gained the identity of becoming a department in a short time. Our department, which creates a young and dynamic staff, has started to use this energy on national and international projects, collaboration with domestic and international universities, and industry and R&D activities. Our department, which aims to catch up with the modern age in research activities and contribute to development in this regard, is open to collaborations with universities, research institutions and industry. The Food Engineering Department has a family integrity with all its academic and administrative staff and students. With our newly built equipped campus, we are taking steps towards providing contemporary education.
