As part of World Food Day on October 16, the Department of Food Engineering was invited to the event organized by Çankırı Şehit Mehmet Ata Agricultural Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School. Our department contributed to the event by setting up an information booth and sharing knowledge on global developments, trends, myths, and common misconceptions in the field of food, supported by various posters and informational materials to help raise public awareness.
