A new achievement for our department: The TÜBİTAK 1001 project titled "Sustainable Extraction of Kale (Brassica oleracea var. viridis)-Derived Plant Antifreeze Proteins and Investigation of Their Cryoprotective Potential in Foods", to be led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Emin Burçin Özvural, has been awarded funding under the Scientific and Technological Research Projects Funding Program.
