Participation to 15th Food Congress

Our faculty member Dr. Didar Üçüncüoğlu participated in the 15th National Food Congress, where she presented her scientific study titled “Investigation of Crystallization Behavior in Vegetable Oils: Soybean and Cottonseed Oils.”
Dr. Üçüncüoğlu also served as a member of the Scientific Committee of the congress.
