International Conference Participation

Our faculty member from the Department of Food Engineering at Çankırı Karatekin University, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Emin Burçin ÖZVURAL, participated in the 10th International Conference on Food Proteins and Colloids (CIPCA 2025), held in Porto, Portugal, between June 16–18.

The conference was organized at the Catholic University of Portugal. It brought together international scientists, researchers, and professionals in the field through presentations under the special theme titled “Innovative Approaches in Food Proteins and Colloids for a Sustainable Future.”

At the conference, a collaborative study conducted by our faculty member in partnership with colleagues from Middle East Technical University and a research team in Germany was presented as an oral presentation.
