Assistant Professor Dr. Didar Üçüncüoğlu taught courses related to Food Engineering, innovative application areas, and current trends and problems in food industry under a Erasmus+KA171 Teaching Mobility Project funded by the European Union at Daffodil International University (Dhaka, Bangladesh). In addition, she had a jury member role in the innovative food competition and trade fair organized by Bangladeshi students. During her visit within the scope of the mobility, she exchanged ideas about further possible student mobility and possible project collaborations between the two universities.
